About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to lead the development of robust, scalable web applications. You’ll play a key role in system architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with product and design teams to build high-quality software solutions. This role suits a hands on senior engineer who enjoys deep problem solving, performance optimization, and translating complex business rules into reliable software.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and modern PHP
- Own backend architecture decisions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features end-to-end
- Write and optimize complex MySQL queries, reports, and aggregations for high‑volume transactional systems.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in system design, technical decisions, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with strong hands-on experience in Laravel
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
