About the Job
In this role, you'll be an Implementation team member. You will oversee the implementation of the Retailpay ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Configure and customize ERP software to suit specific business processes and workflow. Manage data within the ERP system , ensuring accuracy, security and accessibility.
Job Description
- ERP Implementation & Support; Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of ERP module implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Customize and configure the ERP system to align with specific needs and business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP modules.
- Business Process Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
- Identify gaps between current processes and ERP system capabilities, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure that processes are efficiently integrated into the ERP system.
- Client Engagement; serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the ERP implementation process.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of the ERP modules.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their systems are optimized.
- Customer retention; you will ensure customer retention during the implementation process by ensuring customer satisfaction and enhance issue resolving during implementation.
- Project Management;Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Documentation; Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Business Development ;
- Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities as well as to set up and lead meetings with potential new clients. Understand their requirements and liaise with the Implementation lead to qualify them.
Data-mining, Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media to generate potential leads and build relationships with them to make them prospective clients.

Competencies
- Strong IT skills, encompassing database management, system analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP system such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle

- Expertise in data management, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility within ERP system
- Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical complexities and business requirements, facilitating productive interactions cross functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate
- Over 2 years’ experience working with ERP or in a similar role
- Training certificates for related courses will be an added advantage
