About the Job
The Product Manager will be a key player in the Product Delivery Team and play a critical role in owning and managing the product vision, creating road maps, steering solutioning, understanding client/user needs to facilitate building of products.
Job Description
- Own Product Strategy
Define and own the long-term vision, business case, and product strategy. Use market signals, user needs, and stakeholder input to develop a roadmap that delivers meaningful value and supports company objectives. Champion a product's mission internally and externally.
- Prioritization & Roadmapping
Drive roadmap creation using structured prioritization frameworks. Make difficult trade-offs across features, tech debt, and business initiatives by evaluating impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Align roadmap decisions with measurable business outcomes.
- Cross-functional Leadership
Serve as the central point of accountability between engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Establish shared rituals, facilitate open communication, and ensure the right inputs are gathered at the right time for seamless and coordinated execution.
- Customer, Market and Industry Insights
Proactively engage with users, stakeholders, and competitors to understand evolving market needs. Lead discovery initiatives, translate insights into problems worth solving, and prioritize solutions based on both qualitative and quantitative validation.
- Product Metrics Ownership
Define, monitor, and evolve product success metrics. Work closely with data analysts and engineers to instrument key flows, track performance, and identify opportunities. Use metrics to communicate progress, uncover risk, and iterate or evolve the product.
- Risk & Trade-off Management
Identify delivery or product-market risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Actively manage scope and dependencies, especially in complex launches, balancing stakeholder expectations with what’s achievable in given constraints.
Mentorship & Influence
Mentor Associate product managers and help elevate product craft across the organization. Contribute to the product culture by running team workshops, improving processes, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadershipStakeholder Engagement and Communication
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Align project outputs with stakeholder expectations and business goals. Implement communication strategies that ensure clarity, alignment, and responsiveness to feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success in launching and scaling digital products
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
